"Total joke waste of time had me switched from Gieco for lower rate ended up more later messed up my home insurance keep increasing limits without asking waited 30 days to change my limits back and when I swiched to another agent becuse of the no response to calls and massages they messed up my home insurance discounts and raised it with lower limits in away the new agent can not figure it out I called inquiring explanation they said sorry u no longer with us we can not help you Do not believe the nice welcome in the beginning because once you in everything will change and ptomises will be history Thank you for wasting my time and messing up my policy you the reason I'm leaving state farm 👎"

"Today i had a scare due to a payment issue online. I thought the payment was successful and it was not. I headed over to the office to see a representative and Kevin Cuartas was amazing. He helped with my concern and calmed the situation and proceeded to help. Kevin was well aware of the product and immediately got me back on course by ensuring that my account was not effected and that he can take the payment now.. My biggest concern and scariness was that i was cancelled. But Kevin handled the situation with great professionalism and tact. I thank Kevin for keeping calm and handling the payment. It is good to know that State Farm trains their staff to understand and know that customer service count first."

However, we did respond within the hour to your request at the email address provided. As I indicated in my other reply to you by email, to make sure you checked your Spam or Junk folder. I know it's been a few days and we haven't heard from you. hopefully this means you got the information you needed."

"Well I was falsely accused by my police department that i didn’t have insurance when they have stopped me and take me to court and the court asked me for proof of insurance and right away I contacted miss shimu to help me out with the case and she acutely did a great job by acelarated the process and get me that in short period of time than it usually takes . "Customer service at this location is horrible. No one answers the phone during business hours nor returns phone messages. State farm will increase your auto insurance every three months without notification. The best thing I did was switch to another insurance company."
