"Johan Torres helped me a few weeks ago when I called to get information about my policy. I ended up in the hospital and hadn't taken any of the steps he explained to me during our conversation. I'm out of the hospital now and it came to mind that I needed to call State Farm again. About 10 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Johan! He re-explained what I needed to do and resent the items I needed. He was right on time! He's very courteous and knowledgeable with a pleasant manner and I appreciate him."

"I've been with State Farm for almost 4 years now. Recently, I switched my agent because both service and premiums matter to me. Ms. Rifat has been very kind and patient while working on my policy. She helped me understand my needs and what I need to protect my life and my assets. Initially, I only had auto policies, but after she reviewed my policy and needs, I also got a life policy and a few other products to protect my health and financial situation in any circumstances. I highly recommend her and her agency. The office is beautiful, and all the other staff are very friendly. The moment you enter, this office will make you feel comfortable."

"Best and local statefarm located on Merrick Blvd they have Kevin who speaks Spanish and very good at what he does. Also Rifat speaks Bengali 🇧🇩 and Hindi 🇮🇳 🙌 I'm from Bangladesh so that was huge plus ➕️ She was able to break down everything I got a business auto policy for my mobile detail company and short term disability insurance for my employees. They offered me life insurance too for a great price, thanks to everyone at Marcel Robin Agency you guys are the best 👌"
